Re: 409 Burch Street
At its 3 January 06 meeting, the Council tabled further action on this property until May.
On 24 April, Housing staff inspected the home and filed the following report, on
observable progress noted since the previous inspection.
John White reports that he has refinished the front door and will be installing it shortly.
He has completed some plantings in the front yard space.
Other than the door, the street side of the house is completed. The north side is mostly
completed. The south and west sides of the house remain without siding, with roof
eaves open. The rear section of the roof is without shingles.
Mr White assured the inspector that he intends to be working steadily on the exterior of
home, weather permitting.
