call and stated this is a
special session of the
City Council called for
the purpose of
conducting a public
hearing on the Fiscal
Year 2014 Community
Development Block
Grant (CDBG) Annual
Action Plan and dis-
cussing various Fiscal
Year 2014 Depart -
mental Budgets.

Annual Action Plan.
Motion carried 7 -0.
Upon motion the rules
were suspended limit -
ing discussion to the
City Council.

among Council that the
City Manager explore
funding options for the

Full -Time Economic
Development Coordin-
ator, Mr. Van Milligen
and Mr. Horsfield
provided preliminary
information how the
responsibility of ex-
penses and revenues
will be determined for
the Intermodai Trans-
portation Facility in the
Historic Millwork
District.

Vision spoke in support
of bike lanes, pave-
ment markings and
stating te that eh`
believed these im-
provements provided
se roadway distinc-
tions af for both bicyclists!
