Section 1 of the Waste Delivery Contract provides that "Upon written notice to the
Hauler of not Tess than 90 days, this Contract may be extended for two additional one -
year periods at the sole discretion of the Agency."
The purpose of this letter is to notify you that the Board of Directors of the Dubuque
Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency has voted unanimously to extend the Waste
Delivery Contract with your company for an additional one -year term commencing July
1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.
In the case that a new waste delivery contract is accepted by both parties prior to June
30, 2014, it would supersede the current, extended agreement.
