This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that a City bus struck the drivers' side mirror
on her vehicle.
According to the report of Jon Rodocker, Transit Manager, a KeyLine bus operator
struck the driver's side mirror of a vehicle owned by Sarah Hume, on April 26, 2006,
near 2811 John F. Kennedy Road, Mr. Rodocker reports that the KeyLine driver was
responsible for the accident and was issued a ticket.
It is therefore the recommendation of Jon Rodocker to approve this claim for the amount of
the lower submitted estimate of $203.74. The Legal Department concurs with this
recommendation.

Dear Tracey,
On April 26, 2006 KeyLine driver Adam Smith struck the driver's side mirror of a
vehicle owned by Sarah Hume. The incident occurred near 2811 John F.
Kennedy Road.
Adam Smith was responsible for the accident and was issued a ticket.
I have review the claim and estimates submitted by Ms. Hume and would request
payment be made to her in the amount of $203.74. This was the estimate
submitted by Hanley Auto Body.
