This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that the City of Dubuque Water Department
did not locate a water main properly, which resulted in concrete on St. Joseph Street being
removed and replaced unnecessarily.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
