Subj: 409 Burch Street
An update on the progress of the John White Street Property on 409 Burch is as
follows:
1.) Preparation work is underway to lay driveways on both the north and south sides
of the house.
2.) New stone retaining walls and stairs have been done on the north side front.
3.) Roofing on the back half of the house has been completed, as well as on the
south side porch.
4.) Wood floors have been completed inside. (Due to the recent raining weather it
was too wet to work outside.)
5.) Lots of landscaping and plantings have been done outside.
6.) The upstairs bathroom and a bedroom have been completed upstairs, in
preparation for moving in next month.
