This is a claim in which claimant alleges that as he was walking on the sidewalk in front
of 2535 Central Avenue, he slipped and fell on a patch of ice and injured his left ankle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
