fireworks on Thursday, July 4, 2013 at about 9:30 p.m. on the Dubuque Golf
& Country Club grounds, near the pond in the middle of the golf course. The
rain date for the display would be Friday, July 5, 2013. Responsible persons
will supervise the display.
