Paul Wheelock, owner of 1876 Washington St, is requesting a variance on ceiling
height. The ceilings are 6'3". This is a Rehab inspection

Staff presented a draft memorandum describing proposed new policies for licensing
and inspecting vacant and abandoned buildings. Owners would be required to either
state the time their building is expected to remain vacant or to submit a plan and
timetable to comply with applicable City codes.
SANDRA MOORE MOTIONED TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED POLICIES FOR VACANT
AND ABANDONED BUILDINGS.
ED SWIFT SECONDED. MOTION PASSED 3-D.
