This letter will formally advise that Dodds River Terminal, Inc., gives notice of the
exercise of its option to extend for the remaining five (5) -year term commencing June 1,
2013 and expiring May 31, 2018, the Lease and Agreement dated May 31, 1958 as
amended by "Amendment to Lease and Agreement" October 4, 1968, and "Reconstruction
of Lease and Agreement of May 31, 1958, as amended by October 4, 1968 Amendment."
