Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as he was turning onto Oakcrest Drive
from Berkley Street, the right front wheel of his vehicle dropped into an approximate 1"
hole in the street, which was caused by a sewer watermain break which occurred Friday,
June 30, 2006 near that intersection.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
