This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as he was traveling south in the 3700
block of Pennsylvania Avenue, a Keyline bus pulled out of the Penn Place Apartments,
causing claimant to strike the bus.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
