tabled until the September 18, 2006 City Council meeting.

409 Burch Street
An exterior inspection was completed July 10, 2006 of 409 Burch Street and the
following work has been done since the last report to council:
Landscaping and stonework has been done.
Flooring and walls are being worked on in the interior.
Grading and preparation work has been done for the driveway. As soon as weather
permits, the driveway will be poured.
Exterior items that are still needing to be done are as follows:
The back quarter of the roof is covered with roll sheeting but is not shingled.
There seems to be little change on the west and south sides of the property since the
last report to Council.
Mr. White states that he has been spending most of his time on the interior working on a
bathroom and bedroom space so that he can move into the unit. Mr. White also states
that he has been working off site on other projects so as to have some money to finish
409 Burch Street.
