City Clerk Kevin Firnstahl convened the meeting at 3:40 p.m. and reviewed the
packet of information that was previously provided to Task Force members.
During discussion, Firnstahl responded to inquiries about City Council professional
obligations and events including a review of meeting schedules, professional boards
and commissions, attendance at neighborhood association meetings, ribbon cuttings,
and new Council orientation, etc.
The Task Force requested more information on the number of work sessions, special
sessions, budget hearings, goal settings and other standing meetings that the Council
attends annually in addition to information on cost of living increases since 2006.
Firnstahl will provide that information via e-mail for the next meeting.
The Task Force agreed to meet on April 29 at 3:30 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
