This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that while a Bellevue ambulance was parked
at Mercy Hospital, a Dubuque Firefighter opened a nearby cabinet containing backboards,
and a board fell out and struck the Bellevue ambulance.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
