All meetings will be open to the public with the agenda as given below:
1. Summary report by President of the Commission on national and regional issues
affecting the U.S. Anny Corps of Engineers and Commission programs and projects on the
Mississippi RJver and its tributaries.
2, District Commander's overview of current project issues in the respective District area.
3. Presentations by local organizations and members of the publiC giving views or
comments on any issue affecting the programs or projects of the Commission and the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

To make a statement at the public meeting, it is requested that
a black and white copy, with name and full address, be provided
to the Commission staff upon entering the public hearing room on
board the Motor Vessel MISSISSIPPI. Also, please limit the
presentation length at the meeting as much as possible.
Video/audio equipment on board the vessel is available.
Computer based formal statements should be compatible with the
latest version of Microsoft PowerPoint. A CD-ROM or USB key
containing the presentation should be provided to the support
technician on board the vessel no later than 8:00 a.m. the day
of the public meeting. Advanced copies should be emailed to
Christopher.E.Oswalt@m\m02.usace.army.mil at least one day
before the public meeting. Please bring a backup copy of the
presentation and a text version in black and white for the
meeting record.

capabilities on board the vessel may be directed to Mr. Oswalt
