1. Approval of Minutes from meeting of May 29, 2013
Motion by Schilling. Seconded by Take. Motion carried 3 -0.
2. Set the passing point and certify the list for the position of Medical Officer.
Motion by White to set the passing score at 65 and above correct answers (65 %).
Seconded by Schilling. Motion carried 3 -0. The list is certified for two (2) years.
3. Certify the list for the position of Police Officer.
Motion by Schilling to certify the list of forty -four (44) applicants based on the combined
scores of the POST written test average score of the group interview oral examination,
and average of the individual oral examination as recommended by Police Chief Mark
Dalsing. Seconded by Takes. The list is certified through April 30, 2014. Motion carried
3 -0.
4. Set the date for a promotional examination for the position of Equipment
Operator I.
Motion by White to set the application deadline for August 16, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. with a
test date of August 27, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. Seconded by Schilling. Takes will proctor.
Motion carried 3 -0.
5. Set the date for a promotional examination for the position of Equipment
Operator II.
Motion by Schilling to set the application deadline for July 26, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. with a
test date of August 12, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. Seconded by Takes. Schilling will proctor.
Motion carried 3 -0.
6. Adjournment
Motion by Schilling to adjourn at 3:12 p.m. Seconded by White. Motion carried 3 -0.
