The Dubuque Jaycees, J=TH, KATF, KG': and The River
wish to conduct a fireworks display on Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 9:00
p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The Fire Site will be located on Volunteer Road
between Hawthorne and Lime. Our rain date is July 4th
The certificate of insurance will be sent to Fire Marshall Mark
Ludescher for review of the indemnity agreement. This will be done as
soon as possible.
We will again be requesting the closing of Hamilton, Kilgore and
East Roosevelt Extension from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. to public traffic.
We are also requesting the use of AY McDonald Park as show center.
The park would need to be closed to all vehicular traffic from 10:00 p.m.
July 2nd through midnight July 3rd.
At this time we also ask for the right of first refusal to the July 3 r
date in future years for this event.
Thank you for you consideration on this matter and we plan to see
you at our community fireworks on July 3, 2014.
