BACKGROUND In 2012 the City of Dubuque received a $600,000 TCSP (Transportation and Community System Preservation grant from the US Department of Transportation. The project will also install fiber optic conduits and street light foundations. Minor storm sewer improvements will also occur due to pavement grade changes.
