ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION FOR THE CITY CLERK
Whereas, the City Council appoints the City Clerk; and
Whereas, the City Council from time to time establishes the compensation for the
City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DUBUQUE, IOWA, THAT:
Section 1. The salary of the City Clerk is hereby established effective July 1,
2013 at $93, 516.
Section 2. The salary of the City Clerk shall also be adjusted July 1st of each
succeeding year, by the same percentage as for all other non - bargaining unit City
employees.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall be entitled to longevity pay as for all other non -
bargaining unit City employees.
