This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that during a thunderstorm which occurred on
July 18, 2006, lightening struck a dead tree in Gay Park, causing the tree to fall and
damage claimant's fence.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
