Subject: Plant Closing
Dear Sir or Madam,
This is to notify you that the Regency Iowa, Inc. plant known as "Regency Thermographers"
located at 750 White Street, Dubuque, IA 52001 will be closing. We expect the closing to be
permanent in nature and to affect the entire plant.
We expect the date oftirst separation to be on or about October 27. There are 137 employees
affected by this action.
There are no bumping rights or union representatives.
Attached is an anticipated separation schedule including job titles and the number of employees in
each job classification.
