Chairperson Holz, following staff assurance of compliance with Iowa Open Meeting Law, called the
meeting to order at 4:04 pm.

Appoint Liaison to Housing Trust Fund Committee
Chairperson Holz entertained a motion to reappoint Vice chairperson Schwendinger to the
Housing Trust Fund Committee pending City Council approval. Chairperson Holz then dropped
from the call and Vice Chairperson Schwendinger facilitated the remainder of the meeting.
Commissioner Foster motioned to approve the reappointment. Commissioner Root seconded.
All others present in favor. Motion passed

There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 4:10
pm.
