Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was exiting the Federal Building
located at 350 West 6th Street, she slipped on a step, falling and injuring her left hip and
the area above her left eye.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
