This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that water meters leaked in her laundry
room of her residence located at 2312 Pasadena Drive, causing damage to the rug and
walls in the laundry room and den.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
