This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that a Dubuque Police Officer backed his
squad car into claimant's vehicle at the intersection of 8th Street and the alley located
west of Main Street.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
