This is a claim in which the claimant states that as she was walking barefoot in the
grassy area between the sidewalk and street in front of 656 West 11t11 Street, she
stepped on a coffee can which was wedged into the ground, cutting-the side of her big
toe of her right foot.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
