This is a claim in which the claimant states that on September 29, 2006, while a delivery
person for First Supply was driving on Roosevelt Avenue approximately 100 yards
before Peru Road, the shower unit that was being transported on the flat bed delivery
truck struck a low-hanging tree, damaging the shower unit.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
