SUBJECT: Appointment to Airport Zoning Board of Adjustment
Dear Mayor and City Council Members:
The Zoning Board of Adjustment is required to have two of its members appointed to
the Airport Zoning Board of Adjustment per City Code 5- 3 -1(E). At the September 26,
2013 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the Board recommended appointing Board
Member Heath Hutchinson to fill the open term of the Airport Zoning Board of
Adjustment.
