Van Milligen, City Manager SUBJECT: Appointment of Alternate to Billboard Ad Hoc Committee cc: Barry Lindahl, Corporation Counsel Tim Moerman, Assistant City Manager Laura Carstens, Planning Services Manager July 29, 1999 Planning Services Manager Laura Carstens is recommending that David Hartig be allowed to serve as an alternate for Walter Peterson on the Billboard Ad Hoc Committee. Mr. Peterson will not be able to attend all of the meetings due to travel commitments. I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council approval. Michael C.
