Planning Services Manager Laura Carstens is recommending that David Hartig be
allowed to serve as an alternate for Walter Peterson on the Billboard Ad Hoc
Committee. Mr. Peterson will not be able to attend all of the meetings due to travel
commitments.
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
approval.

Coalition of Dubuque. Mr. Hartig explained that Mr. Petersen will not be able to attend
