Kringle, Ken, Proclamation
WHEREAS, Kenneth Kringle served the Dubuque Community through his
leadership and generosity; and
WHEREAS, Kenneth Kringle founded the Bluff Street Neighborhood Association
and spearheaded its fund raising efforts for Bluff Street
beautification including historical lamps, benches and planters; and
WHEREAS, Kenneth Kringle was tireless and undaunted in exercising
neighborhood leadership in planning future development for the
Bluff Street area; and
WHEREAS, Kenneth Kringle energized the Bluff Street Neighborhood
Association and provided a model of enthusiastic commitment.
NOW THEREFORE, I, TERRANCE M. DUGGAN, MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
DUBUQUE, IOWA DO HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND PRAISE KENNETH
KRINGLE FOR HIS LEADERSHIP AND DEDICATION ON THE HISTORIC
PRESERVATION COMMISSION.
