This is a claim in which the claimant alleges while traveling in the 1000 block of
University Avenue, his vehicle was struck by a minibus as the minibus was attempting
to merge into claimant's lane.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
