Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that on September 29, 2006, a delivery
person for First Supply was driving in front of claimant on Roosevelt Avenue
approximately 100 yards before Peru Road, and the shower unit that was being
transported on the flat bed delivery truck struck a low-hanging tree branch. The branch
then struck claimant's vehicle, damaging the right side of various sections of the vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
