This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that a City of Dubuque bus driver drove a
Keyline bus into a cement fire hydrant protector on September 27, 2006, in front of the
Dubuque Kmart store.
According to the report of Transit Manager Jon Rodocker, he confirms that KeyLine
vehicle #2510 did hit a pole at the referenced location in Plaza 20.
It is therefore the recommendation of Jon Rodocker to approve this claim as filed for the
amount of $49.00. The Legal Department concurs with this recommendation.
