This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that during the St. Celia Street resurfacing
project which occurred July 12 through July 13, 2005, the exterior of claimant's home
was splattered with tar.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
