INTRODUCTION The purpose of this memorandum is to recommend the annual renewal of the above liquor license establishments and to highlight the calls for service related to incidences of disturbances, crimes against person, crimes against property, and public morals occurring at the business since the last liquor license renewal. BACKGROUND Regarding the listed establishments requesting a renewal of their liquor license, the following is a summary of activity since their last renewal. The following key provides a brief description of those calls for service displaying four areas of concern. Of these calls there were five disturbances, zero crimes against . persons, zero crimes against property, and one public morals call. There were no individual alcohol violations or alcohol violations against the business. Of these calls there were six disturbances, two crimes against persons, three crimes against property and one Public Morals (Under Legal age in Bar atter 9pm). Additionally, there were seven individual alcohol violations (six for Public Intoxication and one citation for a Person under Age 21 in a bar atter 9 pm. There were no alcohol violations against the business. Due to the activity associated with the calls for service, we have discussed the calls for service with owner, Mike Felderman, and will meet November 28, 2006 to discuss further details of an action plan. 2 . There were a large number of calls for service as related to a business of this type but none associated with the mishandling of alcohol sales. PLAZA 20 BP/AMOCO (2600 DODGE STREET) Since the last renewal there were four calls for service to Plaza 20 BP/AMOCO. All four calls were crimes against property, with zero crimes against persons, zero public morals, and zero disturbances. No violations against persons or the business were noted.
