This is a claim in which claimant alleges that the siding on his house was damaged by.a
piece of metal that was thrown while the Julien Dubuque Drive water main was being
replaced.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
