SUBJECT: Eagle point Pari< Concrete Replacement project
Attached is a copy of change order #1 for the Eagle point Park Concrete Replacement
Project. This project includes replacement of the concrete on the East Porch of the
Riverfront Pavilion and concrete around the Shiras Memorial Pavilion.
This change order deals with work around the Shiras Memorial and includes three
rather small items that total $2,983.53. There is an $18,000 contingency with this
project.
