Durrant will provide professional services for revised contract documents and full
specifications.

Grophic Design
To accomplish the above-described professional services, we propose a fixed fee of
two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00).
This Request for Additional Services will be itemized separately on your next invoice for
your convemence.
If this proposal meets with your approval, kindly execute the following Acceptance and
