Those changes which were considered to be basic "clean up" of outdate language and to
bring the City Code into compliance with the Code of Iowa were approved by the City

15 - Community Development were approved by the City Council on November 6, 2006.
The Iowa Code requires a public hearing on the adoption of a code of ordinances. In
accordance with Code of Iowa Chapter ~ 380.8, the revised Code will be on file in the City
Clerk's Office for public review.

approval of the revised Code of Ordinances. Any public comments received following the
public hearing regarding the proposed changes, and an ordinance adopting the revised
