Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant states that she was a passenger on a Keyline bus,
which struck a hydrant protect on September 27, 2006, in front of Kmart. As a result,
claimant alleges that her right knee was injured.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
