McDonald Park, Phase II Project Project #1703 Leisure Services Manager Gil Spence is recommending acceptance of the A.Y. McDonald Park, Phase II Project, as completed by Portzen Construction, in the final contract amount of $861,760.59. This is $12,106.69 over the original bid amount due to a change order for re-design of the fishing pier and council ring, and overages in project quantities, primarily in the areas of the number of shrubs needed and filter fabric needed in the landscaped areas. I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council approval. ~~ `till -'~.t,C~- Michael C.
