1. Approval of Minutes from meeting of December 11, 2013. Motion by Takes. Second
by White. Motion carried 2 -0.
2. Set the date for establishing passing score for the position of Recreation Program
Supervisor to the January 30, 2014 meeting. Motion by White. Second by Takes.
Motion carried 2 -0.
3. Recertify the list for the position of Firefighter to the correct expiration date. Motion
by Takes to recertify the list for the position of Firefighter to the expiration date of 18
months from January 15, 2014. Second by White. Motion carried 2 -0.
4. Approved the recruitment, certification and selection process for the position of Fire
Chief. Motion by Takes as recommended. Second by White. Motion carried 2 -0.
5. Motion by Takes to move Public Works Director, Don Vogt's address to
Commission with follow -up information to testimony provided at the Kapparos
Appeal Hearing to the January 22, 2014 Civil Service Commission Meeting. Second
by White. Motion carried 2 -0.
6. Motion by Takes to adjourn at 8:44 a.m. Second by White. Motion carried 2 -0.
