Building Permits: None Found Outbuildings: A 22W x 24'L attached metal canopy connects 501 E. 15th Street to 507 E. 15th Street. Landscaping Notes: The subject property is a corner lot that is 51 ft wide by 100 ft deep (5,100 sq ft in area). The lot is level and has frontage on Pine and 15th Streets. There is public walk along 15th Street at this location. Pine Street is unimproved and covered with gravel. 8. Narrative Statement of Significance: This property and the surrounding neighborhood were evaluated as part of an In-depth Architectural and Historic Survey conducted by Jim Jacobsen of History Pays! in 2003. The property at that time was not identified as National Register Eligible. Although 11 years have passed since the in-depth survey, the property is still not National Register Eligible. The structure has been completely altered. The entire exterior of the building has been clad with corrugated metal.
