AIRPORT COMMISSION MINUTES
Commissioner Accinelli moved to approve the minutes of the June 24, 2013
Commission meeting and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Brotherton.

OLD BUSINESS
01. REVIEW STATISTICS
Various statistics were reviewed. It was noted that 100LL fuel sales increased in
July due to the NATA Formation Clinic held in Dubuque celebrating the 75th
Anniversary of the T -6.

ACTION ITEMS
02. BLUE SKIES LEASE RESOLUTION
Commissioner Accinelli made a motion to approve Resolution A700 -1 -2013
Approval of Extension of Lease with Blue Skies Over Dubuque Inc. and the
Dubuque Regional Airport. Commissioner Brotherton seconded the motion.
AYES: All. NAYS: None.
03. AIRPORT MANAGER CONTRACT AUTHORITY CHANGE RESOLUTION
This resolution was for Approval for Authorizing the Airport Manager to Sign Five
Year Lease Extensions. After the Commission discussed this item, there was no

Commission approval of this item nor did any Commissioners make a motion to
approve this resolution.
DISCUSSION
04. MANAGER'S UPDATE
Airport Manager Grierson gave an update on the proposed American Airlines /US
Air merger. The Commission thanked Commissioner Santillo for his years of
service on the Commission. September will be his last Commission meeting.
