Also present: Randy Peck, Mark Da!sing, Don Vogt, Mike Van Milligen. Mr. Vogt and
Mr. Van Milligen entered at 2:07 p.m. Mr. Dalsing left at 2:08 p.m.

1. Approval of Minutes from meeting of January 22014. Motion by Takes. Second by
White. Motion carried 2 -0.
2. Set the date for the entrance examination for the position of Police Officer. Motion
by Takes to set as recommended. Second by White. Testing will take place on
March 22, 2014 with an application deadline of February 25, 2014 at 5 p.m. Motion
carried 2 -0.
3. Don Vogt, Public Works Director, addressed the Commission regarding testimony
provided at the Kapparos appeal hearing. Mr. Vogt clarified management policies
related to landfill admission practices Mr Van Milligen read correspondence
regarding Mr. Vogt's character and integrity.
4. Motion by White to adjourn at 2:30 p.m. Second by Takes. Motion carried 2 -0.
