1. Approval of Minutes from meeting of January 22, 2014. Motion by Takes. Second by
White. Motion carried 2 -0.
2. Establish the passing score for the position of Recreation Program Supervisor.
Mot' n by Takes, Second by White to set the passing score at 74 (74 %) and above
answers and certify the list for Recreation Program Supervisor as read for two years.
Motion carried 2 -0.
3. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Records Clerk. Motion by
Takes authorizing Personnel Manager Randy Peck to set the date for submission of
applications and test date following development of the exam. Second by White.
Motion carried 2 -0.
4. Schedule an entrance examination for the position of Stock Clerk. Motion by Takes
to authorize Personnel Manager Randy Peck to set the date for submission of
applications and test date following development of the exam. Second by White.
Motion carried 2 -0.
5. Motion by Takes to adjourn at 8:43 a.m. Second by White. Motion carried 2 -0.
