We have reviewed the operation of 22 other programs and they all run the same with the basic minimum rules and guidelines. We believe that there is an opportunity for our program to demonstrate how a program should be run and how to advance opportunity for participants in the program in moving forward . Our program will include full employment, training and engagement back into the education system. To operate programs that challenges people to grow, move forward and contribute to the revitalization of our core neighborhoods. We can create small business opportunities and show participants how to make significant contributions to Dubuque through community service and creative engagement. We will model our program based on a 32 point strategic plan adopted by the Housing Commission and HUD and City Council . 2 RETIREES AFTER NUMEROUSYEARS OF SERVICE Tim was employed with Aggie was employed with the the City for 26 years.
