Fenestration is symmetrical on the façade, with the two innermost upper level windows being more closely partnered and aligned vertically with the twin entrances below. On each side of the centered twin entry doors, are paired window sets. A simple hip-roofed entry porch is supported by cast iron columns and there is a concrete stoop. Twin attic dormer window lights are ornamented with a triangular pediment "hood" and window set surround. The entrances have rectangular transoms set above each door. The rectangular core measures 32 feet in width by 40 feet in depth (1,280 square feet per floor). The centered front porch measures 11 feet in width by five feet in depth. The west half (503) has a single- story brick rear addition (six feet wide by seven feet deep) and a corner porch or addition on the northwest corner (same dimensions reversed).
