This is a single-story concrete block warehouse/office complex.

8. Narrative Statement of Significance:
The south office portion pre-dates 1934 and might have been associated with one of the local plans,
say Smedley. The northern warehouse section pre-dates 1950 so the whole thing is more than 50
years old. There was a clubhouse on the property as of 1909, of unknown local association.
Need all data, permits, assessor, abstract. Data found pertains to house to the east, not this parcel.
Also need photographs.
